What the price includes
The scope the starting price covers, written down.
The four Portfolio pages, plus a shop with no cap on how many items you list. You add products the same way you add work.
£899 buys exactly the scope below, not a version of it. Every extra further down carries a flat price bar one, and that one says why it cannot honestly have a number yet.
What that buys, in the words we hold ourselves to:
- The four Portfolio pages: home, about, a work grid, and contact
- Pantheon Projects: add, edit and reorder your work yourself (Pantheon access comes with Styx)
- A contact form, with spam handling
- A shop, with no limit on the number of items you sell
- Pantheon Products: add and edit items in a split-view editor, no code (Pantheon access comes with Styx)
- Card payments to your own account
- A small accounts area, where customers can see their past orders

What it doesn’t do
Not limitations we’re hiding. This is where Portfolio + Shop stops, so you can tell before you buy whether it’s the shape you need.
- Subscriptions or recurring billing. The shop takes one-time payments only
- Full account management. Customers can see past orders, but there is no order tracking, no saved addresses and no saved details
- Booking or appointment handling

Nothing is added to the bill without being added to the scope.
Everything below sits outside the £899. Each has a flat price and a stated limit, so adding one changes your total by a number you can see here.

One additional page in the same style as the base. The same price as on every other build.

A static image gallery, grid with a lightbox, up to around twelve images. You supply the images.

A static testimonials section or carousel, up to five quotes. You supply the wording.

Back-in-stock notifications
A customer opts in on a sold-out product and gets an automated email when it returns. Self-contained: it does not change how money moves through the shop.

Archival system
Retire or hide products from the active shop while keeping the order history that references them. What "archived" should mean is agreed with you first, because it differs by shop, but the pattern is defined and the price is flat.

Full accounts and order tracking
An upgrade from simply revealing past orders to real account management: saved details, addresses, and an order status customers can follow.

Email clubs
A dedicated signup list with tagging, so you can mail one segment rather than everyone. Wired into the mail infrastructure the site already uses.

Subscriptions
Recurring billing through Stripe: subscription products, recurring checkout, and a flow for customers to manage or cancel. The highest price here because it changes how payment works, not how it looks.

Memberships
Gated content, tiers, access rules and perks vary too much between businesses to price honestly in advance, so this one is scoped with you and quoted before anything is built. It is never bundled free into a tier, on any product.

Branding, UI design and image content, by Emily. Never included in the build price; quoted in days before she starts, and entirely optional if you already have a look.

Something that isn’t listed
This list is what people ask for most, not the limit of what we build. Anything else is scoped with you in writing and priced before work starts, either as a flat figure or against the hourly rate. If it turns into a job of its own, that is Custom. Ask us.

Included with every build, no exceptions
Separately from anything above, every page-flow build carries the same five things. They are not upgrades and they are not priced.
- A repository owned by you, from the first commit
- Your domain, registered in your name, never ours
- Semantic, accessible HTML: keyboard navigable, screen-reader tested
- Pages that load fast on a phone on a bad connection
- The complete handover checklist: ownership, compliance and search visibility, documented and done
And a one-year warranty on the finished build: for twelve months we fix our own mistakes and anything Aegis raises, free, on whatever hosting tier you pick. “Search visibility” in that list means structure and markup done properly, not a ranking we’ve promised you.
Not included: graphic design. The build price buys the build. Emily’s branding, UI and image work is £160 a day on top, quoted in days first, and only if you want it.
